Smooth and light tasting Junmai sake
The junmai sake with a clean, smooth flavor.
What is the difference between junmai-sake, Nama-sake and Genshu-sake?
If you like a rich flavor, then we recommend genshu sake.
If you like a clean, fruity flavor, then we recommend nama-sake.
Can't choose? Do you like both rich and fruity flavors? If you want to enjoy a variety of flavors with a smooth taste, then we recommend this junmai-sake.
The mellow flavor can be enjoyed at room temperature. If you chill it well, you can also enjoy it with a fruity flavor. And if you drink it hot, you can relax and enjoy it.
Junmai sake, which allows you to enjoy three different flavors, is recommended for those who want to enjoy it in a variety of ways.
If you're going to drink it hot,
The recommended temperature for hot sake is 113°C.
At the Shirafuji tasting room, the sake is slowly warmed using a tin.
For hot sake, you can warm sake in a mug by placing it in hot water.
Of course, you can also use a microwave. If you use a microwave, the hot and cold areas will be uneven, so you will need to stir the sake.
Junmai sake should be handled in the same as white wine.
Once opened, storing in the refrigerator and drinking as soon as possible is recommended.
We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place and consuming it within six months.
