Calligrapher Mr.Joel Wong's soulful letters "白冨士”
”白冨士” is the original name of Shirafuji, which has been used for about 180 years. It is our soul and our precious core.
After evacuating our original brewery, we decided that if we were to use the name "白冨士" again, we wanted to use it for the sake we were satisfied with, like our original Futaba-town's brewery's sake.
Thirteen years after losing everything, we again use "白冨士."
This 「白冨士」 series is used only for Shirafuji's finest sake.
We had this fantastic script written by Woodinville-based calligrapher Joel Wong. He is a prodigious calligrapher who has won several calligraphy competitions. When Mari, the owner, saw his calligraphy, she was moved to the point that her soul trembled.
He spent more than a month worrying about it, and after hundreds of trials and errors, he put his heart and soul into writing the characters.
