Junmai GinjyoGenshu Sake is Erinandesu (please call her Ellen).
She was a kitten when she was caught up in the great earthquake and tsunami that hit the Tohoku region of Japan in 2011. She was rescued after being thrown away with the garbage. She had an older sister, but she was taken in by another family, and she was left all alone. She was taken in by the Tomisawa family after she had been crying in the shelter where she had been kept.
Ellen has overcome many difficulties with us. She even came with us when we moved to America.
She is the star of this party.
